Hamilton is a full service creative agency based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It’s an incredible location where we find it just as easy to collaborate with clients in the Lancaster area as we do with those in Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Baltimore and New York. This historic region has also taught us something about hard work and core values. The Amish/Mennonite culture of the area brings together some of the most hardworking people in the world who have vigilantly protected their high standards.

We know something about hard work and high standards - we don’t believe in “good enough”. We bring more than 20 years of combined experience in marketing, design, branding/identity, media, advertising and other specialties in the creative spectrum. Our firm was formed when co-founder Bryan Hamilton decided to close a chapter in the media world of 11+ years and join forces with his freelancing brother and co-founder, Nate Hamilton on making their combined dream a reality.

We set out to build an agency where you can expect the big city design standards and expertise while enjoying a small town, fair investment. You’ve heard the phrase and perhaps seen the hashtag “#designmatters” - a saying that we believe was born out of so many unfortunate design blunders. Design absolutely matters and it’s a focus here at Hamilton. It’s the constant in everything we do - the design of a brand, the design of a campaign, the design of a strategy. Unless we’re thinking intentionally about the look, feel and overall design of everything we do for you - we’re not doing it right.

And while we’re talking about the overall design - let’s expand our definition of what that means. For us, it’s so much more than eye candy and effective visuals…it’s how we research effectively to build a brand, it’s how we analyze and refine the campaign analytics to deliver the strongest results, it’s how the site functionality harmonizes with the user taking action - ultimately, design is our palette to determine success.
